We are currently seeking a Regional Manager to join our ESS team based in the Cooper Basin Region of South Australia. The Regional Manager will be responsible for camps and operations for our contract with Santos and will spend some time in the Brisbane Support Office working directly with the Area Manager. You will be focusing first and foremost on operational efficiency, safety and the quality of our various services e.

g. catering, accommodation, cleaning, facilities Maintenance etc across our Eastern Region mining villages. This role will suit someone with a proven ability to closely manage multiple operations onsite whilst being able to report to senior management and partner with our client to maximise and deliver common business goals.

To be successful, you will require the strength, character and conviction to make the big decisions quickly to meet the needs of the site or business at that moment. Ideally, you will have previous experience managing operations across multiple remote sites The key accountability of this role include: Proven record of demonstrating safety leadership Providing leadership, management and operational support to your team Develop strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunities Defining, implementing and reviewing the strategy for your sites, to increase efficiency and ensure that improvements maximise performance and customer satisfaction Proven experience managing multiple P&L's and the commercial experience to improve results Maintain operational Emergency Response Team for airport duties Have a track record in scheduling / Planning complex work over multiple areas in a remote setting The successful applicant will have previous management experience in facilities management and possess the ability to lead and inspire large operational teams. It goes without saying that you will have highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels within an organisation.
