Recruitment Consultant - Homecare Services



CPE Group is a privately owned, Perth based health care service provider specialising in the delivery of homecare services across the Aged Care, Community and Disability sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced healthcare recruitment consultant to join our friendly and professional team.

You will be responsible for attracting and retaining an experienced and skilled workforce, delivering induction forums and staff performance management to support our Aged Care and Disability Clients. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 10 years experience with large scale recruitment and at least 5 years with the Healthcare Industry (Aged Care and Disability). This will be a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in our Perth office.

You will be responsible for : posting job advertisements; phone screening and organising interviews;reference checking; ensuring 100% compliance of new staff; data base admin/management; on boarding and inducting all successful candidates. You will be working closely with the rostering team, Clients and family members to identify gaps in skills, experience or geographical areas and conducting targeted recruitment campaigns to match care workers with Clients.
