Responsibilities: Diary management Email management Travel and event management Preparation of a variety of reports Assist with general office management Coordination of staff rosters Oversee facilities management Internal and external stakeholder management Other ad hoc administration in relation to your role Skills and experience: Demonstrated local experience in a similar role – 3 years High level of written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and efficient nature Ability to go above and beyond Ability to manage conflicting priorities High level of attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Well presented and professional Proficient and accurate typing skills – min 65 wpm Proficient MS Office skills – Advanced WORD and Excel Strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment – essential This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy Firm where genuine career growth opportunities are on offer.
