Description Part time position available 2-3 days/week at our clinic in Blacktown NEW GRADUATES WELCOME Children's Speech Therapy requires a Speech Pathologist for the assessment and management of infants, pre-schoolers and primary school children with a range of communication difficulties. This is a contractor position where you will have the opportunity to work 2-3 days that suit your commitments. Children's Speech Therapy Clinic is a private practice providing comprehensive and individualised services to children with disorders in communication in the Western Sydney area.
We provide services in our clinic in Blacktown and also provide mobile services to local schools. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and highly dedicated to providing best practice and a voice to all individuals we work with communication difficulties. Great opportunity to work with teachers, school counsellors, paediatricians, occupational therapists and other professionals involved with our clients.
Duties include maintaining existing clients and developing new referrals by building & maintaining relationships with local medical specialists, early childhood centres and schools. You will also get the opportunity to work in local schools whereby you provide assessment and therapy services to students using both traditional and whole class approach. Professional Development opportunities will be provided along with regular supervision.
