Medium size boutique legal firm based centrally on the Gold Coast require General Manager to manage and improve operations. This medium size legal firm with two offices has established itself as a leader in the field through their cutting edge strategy and technology. They have now created a role for a General Manager who will report to the entrepreneurial Managing Director and run day to day operations.

Your role will include - Managing the administration and legal support teams Creating a high performing culture through review and feedback Implementing best practice in processes and procedures Human resources (onboarding, reviews, KPI's etc) Working closely with marketing on campaigns Facilities management Overview of financial management The successful candidate will be an innovative, process driven individual with a working knowledge of a legal practice. You will have implemented processes and best practice that will allow this firm to take the next step in their growth which is going to include setting up virtual firms. You will be technologically savvy and be comfortable in a paperless environment.
