Due to continued and tremendous business growth they are seeking a highly motivated person to join their Finance Department in the position of Financial Coordinator on a full-time basis with a immediate start for the right person. Specific Responsibilities / Objectives: Coordinate all finance and accounting operations, including; • Accounts payable and accounts receivable; • Preparation and reconciliation of quarterly BAS; • Preparation of interim financial statements; • Preparation of individual budgets and cost-analyses tasks; • Manage cash reserves, including cash-flow forecasting – monthly, quarterly and yearly; • Compile and submit various taxation documents – monthly, quarterly and yearly; • Maintain any relevant financial files and records and all financial transaction records; • Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures; General Responsibilities / Objectives: Coordinate all general finance and accounting tasks, including; • Payroll tasks and processes; • Renewing and maintaining of all insurance policies; • General HR functions within the OTM Business and Finance Department; • General Administrative functions within the Finance Department; • Finance Department review processes; (continued over page) • Actively partake in ISO 9001 continual improvement processes; • Other finance department tasks as required; • Perform all duties in a manner which will ensure the health and safety of all. Qualifications / Skills / Requirements: • Essential Qualifications/Skills/Requirements: • A post-secondary Business or Accounting qualification; • A good working knowledge of accounting programs such as XERO; • A satisfactory Police records check, current within 3 months of the start of employment in this role, or at any other time as requested by the company.
