Senior Electrical Project Manager

This privately owned Australian business is well respected nationally for delivering value, quality and innovation across landmark projects to their clients. With demonstrated experience in managing commercial projects in NSW you will have had responsibility for managing staff (including site foreman, electricians and support staff). You will be experienced in managing and exceeding client’s expectations have strong commercial awareness relating to multi- million dollar construction projects coupled with strong people management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Managing site staff to include internal employees and external sub contractors. Liaising with client on project schedules, programmes, stage completions, OH & S, handover and commissioning. Weekly and monthly reporting to senior management Control of labour and resources as per project plan Project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project and Excel Achieving project milestones inline with project plan and clients expectations.
You will confidently lead project teams from conception through to completion. You will be reporting to the General Manager of the business and as a member of the management team you will have a direct impact on the future development of the business across this project and future opportunities. You will be fully supported and will have the internal resources you need to successfully complete projects.

Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering would be well regarded although not essential, electrical trade qualifications are a minimum for this position as is the ability to step into a challenging and diverse project management role.
