We are seeking a highly competent Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team at Wacol.

This role covers a broad range of administrative and document control skills. We are third party accredited in Quality, Safety and Environment and the successful application will need to be able work to these high standards. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional attention to detail, be extremely thorough with your work and have the ability to efficiently process and manage large volumes of emails.

You will need to be a mature minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, be confident in your abilities and work well under pressure. Duties Include, but not limited to: Reception, answering phones Email management (including the processing of large volumes of emails daily) Document control Assisting with project and tender documentation Maintaining databases and registers (tenders, projects, assets) Administration support Records management General clerical duties The successful candidate will have: Minimum 2 years experience working as a Document Controller / in a similar document control role Experience in the construction industry is preferred Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel and Outlook Experience with TeamBinder and Aconex (not essential but highly desirable) Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and be process driven Good communication skills and phone manner An interest in learning about the business Strong work ethic and a positive, can do attitude Ability to perform well under pressure Meticulous – working with an engineering and construction team you must be extremely thorough in your work Initiative – we are looking for a quick learning, intelligent, forward thinking, inquisitive person to join our small in office team. Current drivers license This is a full-time position located at our Wacol Office.
