Description

We are seeking an energetic and person to join our team on a part-time basis (3 to 4 shifts per week, with approximately 24 - 32 hours per week). As shifts vary, availability for flexible scheduling is required. If you have experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks, then we would like to speak with you MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: General business administration and training in accounts Data entry and maintenance of key client database Assisting administration of and preparation of sales invoices Ensuring communication of management requirements to all levels Managing required administrative data bases Assist and advice during new projects on security policy, compliance and risk Desirable Skills and Attributes: Customer driven with ability to communicate at all levels Highly commercial, organised and adaptable with the ability to manage own workload Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
