Head of Strategy and Creative
The National Head of Strategy is responsible for the development and output of the Strategy team. This includes managing the distribution of work across the team as well as working on key pieces of business (new and existing) that require senior level strategic input. As a member of the National Leadership Team, you will be a key reporting line back to the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring profitability and resourcing; ensuring we have the right people doing the right roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT Manage client satisfaction, ensuring our strategic output delivers outstanding business outcomes Maintains excellent client relationships and demonstrate true understanding of client’s business, challenges and opportunities Interacts with and engage senior clients on ley projects demonstrating the value of Reprise’s strategic thinking. Translates client’s business goals into communications job that provide the team with clear direction on the task they need to achieve Ensures the teams deliver best in class wok as standard Identified strategic issues proactively before they potentially become real client problems, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic skills to help solve those problems Challenges and supports the Strategy Team to deliver innovative thinking that inspires market leading solutions BUSINESS Contribute to agency and client team revenue opportunities via strategic output Works proactively with all partners to unlock new growth opportunities for the client or agency Contributes to organic revenue from Strategic product, tools and capabilities PEOPLE Building and maintain strong relationships with media agency partners and their clients Providing Leadership and Development to team members Identify and facilitate training needs of the strategy team Trains, guides and assists the Strategy and Client teams in the development and packaging of ideas Provides and guides strategic input for all plans, internally and externally KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Communication Curious Relationship Management Adaptable Commercial Acumen Responsive Analytical Thinker Time Management Team Player Attention to Detail The salary band for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 excluding super.
