Clinical Specialist Officer Join an organisation passionate about delivering improved health care. Employment details Employment Type: Temporary Part Time Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3 Remuneration: $113,735 - $129,658 Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ166635 What you will be doing The Clinical Specialist Officer is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic priority projects that improve the quality of Intensive Care Service provision across NSW. The role incorporates the domains of: • Evidenced based practice; • Consultancy; • Education; • Clinical networking; • Knowledge management. The Clinical Specialist Project Officer will work collaboratively with the Intensive Care NSW (ICNSW) Network Manager, Clinical Director and team; ICNSW Committees; hospital managers and clinicians and ACI networks to support the work plans of Intensive Care NSW and the ACI.

Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex information rapidly and accurately to facilitate solution design, and to produce reports and evaluation.
