Multicultural Affairs works in partnership with Victoria's diverse multicultural communities and brings together all the policy functions and program activity areas that support the Victorian Government's multicultural policy agenda and commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaged and harmonious multicultural community in Victoria. The Division has two branches: Communications and Partnerships, and Inclusion and Reform. This role provides the unique opportunity to be part of a high performing team that supports a range of communications activities for the Multicultural Affairs Division of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the Premier, and the Minister for Multicultural Affairs.
To be successful in the role you will have a combination of strong written communication skills, demonstrated experience preparing content for different communications channels and audiences, along with an understanding of stakeholder management. You will also have well developed time management skills, be highly organised and be experienced in a high pressure, deadline driven environment where you are able to produce high quality materials.
