Our client in Port Melbourne is seeking a vibrant Sales & Marketing Administrator. Due to the location having your own vehicle would be advantageous. Proven experience in a similar position will support your application along with skills in forecasting, pricing and preparing monthly sales reports.

Specific duties include; Assist with administrative duties for the marketing and sales tea Reporting using Microsoft excel Great Palins data entry Forecasting orders with the Packaging Department Engage and develop relationships with suppliers Preparing sales reports Organising meetings Pricing Product updates Order Entry Support management with diary and travel arrangements Provide support to the Operational Manager Sales Rebates Skills required; Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask Exceptional computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Able to multi-task, work independently and prioritize work Benefits; Great culture and working environment Ability to grow and develop your career Supportive team with a long-term career potential - Education: Currently Completing High School.
