Join the team in this pivotal role focussed on effective onboarding our customers as they commence their shopping experience with us. The Role The role of Project Coordinator is focussed on coordinating and facilitating the onboarding and implementation of newly acquired customers to the Woolworths Business platforms efficiently and effectively.

This role is heavily project management driven and will rely on strong leadership, influencing, and decision making skills. Manage all Customer Implementation Projects by facilitating: (Including, not limited to) Setup & facilitation of all customer meetings Management of customised implementation plans Offering procurement, finance & supply chain solutions that best fit customer requirements Management/Coordination of customer data - both account and shopper details Be the key liaison between internal Woolworths departments, including coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure customers seamless transition to Woolworths Listen to and understand customer requirements and provide best fit solutions based on Woolworths system capability Lead all onsite customer meetings Partner closely with the Sales teams (Business Development/Account Management) to effectively manage and support the customer implementation process About you This is a true business partnering role that will see you working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure their experience is frictionless and well managed. To be successful in this role you will possess: Strong stakeholder management and project management skills Demonstrated experience working within a B2B environment Exposure to supporting customer relationships coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
