Psychiatry HMO/Registrar - Regional Vic



The Role An opportunity has become available for an experienced Medical Officer or Registrar to join a well-respected Victorian mental health service, working across adult inpatient and community teams. The successful applicant will be part of team providing an integrated approach to community based and client centred service delivery. You will be working closely with families and patients within a recovery framework, focusing on delivering a quality standard of treatment and care to a diverse client base.

Essential Requirements Completion of a relevant medical degree Enrolment with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) Demonstrable experience operating from a recovery-informed clinical platform The Hospital This position lies within a major specialist referral hospital in Victoria's South West region. The hospital has responsibility for delivering services to a regional catchment area of approximately 100,000 people, providing a comprehensive range of acute, sub-acute, specialist, community, mental health, and aged services. The Location This position is based in South West Victoria in a stunning coastal area with close proximity to the renowned Great Ocean Road.
