Human Resources Advisor
The Organisation Our Client, based in the North-west suburbs operates in the Utilities sector and is experiencing significant growth in their service region. It’s an exciting time for this customer focused organisation as they innovate and continue to maintain an affordable service, whilst supporting their growing region. The Role The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager, Senior Leaders and the broader business to ensure effective people management practices are in place.
They will develop, promote and deliver P&C initiatives and champion the organisation’s values to drive a culture of high performance. Key focuses: Assist with the implementation of HRIS system Support the development and delivery of key P&C projects. Review and update procedures and processes as required Ensuring the end to end recruitment process, job design and evaluation follows the correct procedures and are aligned with the organisation.
About You You will be an experienced HR practitioner with an interactive and approachable style. Your passion for excellence will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will have: High level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills; Proficient computer skills with experience using iChris, Chris21 ideally; Ability to be flexible, resolve complex problems and issues as they arise, within delegated authority.
