Our client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Australia, are seeking for high performing and passionate Production Operators, with experience in either the Food or Pharmaceutical industry, to join their team based in Dandenong. We have a position on Day, Afternoon and Night shifts for a 12-month contract. You will be working with raw materials, machinery, blending and mixing products so an eye for detail and safety is essential.
Duties and responsibilities involved but not limited to: Complying with Standard Operating Procedures, Work / Shop Floor Instructions and other procedures Raising any issues that affect or impact on GMP, Quality, Safety, Instructions, and the operation of any equipment and machinery etc. Trouble shooting machinery settings Being accountable and responsible for the quality and safety of your own work, Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and at the time required, Working well with others within a team environment, Working to set KPIs and targets To be successful you must have: Experience within a Food/Pharmaceutical industry preferred Flexible to train on different shifts (Day/Afternoon) Proven experience as a Machine Operator A Strong awareness of safety and associated risk The ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated strong Mechanical & Technical skills Intermediate computer skills Excellent Communication Skills Physically able to handle loads of 15-20kg and be able to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing environment Familiar with GMP Ability to work in a Team environment Self- motivated A positive attitude and excellent work ethic In return, we can offer you: Dynamic team - led by loyal experienced manufacturing managers Extensive Training Safe working environment in which safety is a daily focus Onsite Parking Other employee benefits If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, you can contact the Notting Hill Branch on 1300 241 533, quoting reference number 203421532 , to have a confidential chat about your career or click on the APPLY NOW link to submit your application.
