The Role An exciting opportunity exists for a focused and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Maintenance Scheduler and Planner. You will be responsible for Programmed Facility Managements services to various Contracts through successful scheduling and delivery of works, ensuring the service specific deliverables are delivered in a safe, successful and profitable manner in accordance with the client's expectations and agreed contractual obligations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will assist in delivering best practice on equipment and asset management with a review of the client's requirements and equipment life cycle planning. You will be critical in assisting the business in effective and efficient service delivery. You will be based in Burswood.

Key responsibilities Establish and manage plans relating to scheduled maintenance in line with required contract requirement, timeframe and budget. Ensure timely provision of services meeting safety, timeframes, budgets and quality as agreed in contract. Maintain a strong relationship with vendors ensuring they are delivering against KPI’s.

Effectively communicate with customer to support the service delivery team in maximising customer satisfaction Skills and experience Hold Diploma or equivalent qualifications (preferable), with experience in maintenance management and planning. Be proficient with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo) or similar. Have proven cost analysis and organisational capabilities Have trade or construction experience Have proven skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Have highly developed written and verbal communication skills Be extremely customer focused and able to build strong customer relationships with the client This is an ideal role for someone with a proven track record in data management and asset management, including (but not limited to) contract management and facilities management.
