ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will bring local Freight Forwarding industry experience through prior 'hands on' experience. Training and on-going support will be provided by your Manager as well as guidance amongst a very experienced team however you will need to 'hit the ground running' DUTIES • Extensive interaction with internal offices and overseas agents / suppliers • Working closely with your vertical of existing client base on all points of CS • Facilitating communication between the Customer and internal departments • Monitoring and/or processing all incoming orders, handling exceptions • Ensuring cargo availability / delivery is as per clients’ request and expectations SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Minimum 2-4 years local experience in Customer Service or Operations • Freight forwarding operational background and understanding • Exposure to customer reporting • Expedient experienced preferred however not essential • Excellent written and oral communication • Exposure to PO Management preferred • Strong customer service capabilities • Ability to multi task and prioritise / re-priorities as required • Solid team player, with an attitude towards learning and progression COMPANY CULTURE Be part of a tight group of like-minded individuals in this enjoyable and collaborative business.
