Executive Manager Advanced Analytics
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The IT Sector. Develop and deliver the customer analytics roadmap to provide analytics that is timely, accurate and value adding to direct strategic initiatives. Provide line management for senior analysts to assign work, manage performance and provide career guidance.
Working with senior executives across various business units, identify business problems and opportunities for data and analytics to add value to the organisation. Identify and develop new techniques for analysis to solve business problems. Act as the CX Analytics SME for RSM and BSM data sets.
The successful candidate will likely display a proven track record working for large commercial organisations, preferably in either Telecoms, Finance or Consulting and demonstrate considerable experience managing teams of Data Analysts and Data Scientists to solve business problems through effective analytics and statistical modelling on large datasets. You will retain significant experience writing SQL queries on relational databases and data warehouses, using statistical modelling techniques and the use of R, Python, SAS or relatable coding language to analyse large datasets. Critical to the role is the ability to engage successfully with stakeholders from all levels to define the scope of work needed and develop recommendations to address specific business needs based on the critical analysis of large datasets and the identification of relevant trends, patterns and issues.
To this end, you will also be a confident presenter, capable of effectively articulating recommendations in both a written and verbal format..
