What we can offer: Free onsite Parking 5th week annual leave Employee of choice for Gender Equality (WGEA) Onsite Gym About the role: Reporting to the Head of E-commerce & Loyalty, the Digital Operations Manager will provide input and support in the development and implementation of ALM’s E-commerce & Loyalty strategy, enabling IBA’s retail network to engage with shoppers in the on-line / digital channel. The Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for the ongoing implementation of ALM’s E-commerce and Rewards platforms, as well as the day to day operations of the platform. Critical to the success of this role will be the ability to work with and organise multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, managing workstreams against the agreed project timelines to drive the development and implementation of ALM’s new digital capability.
This role requires an innovative thought-leader to develop and deliver a market-leading and commercially sustainable digital trading and customer rewards platform that will drive shopper and retailer engagement into the future. What you’ll do: Execute agreed project framework, delivering an online trading platform for all IBA retailers which incorporates both an e-commerce trading capability and loyalty program, which is integrated into each retailer’s POS platform, enabling the IBA network to capture their relative share of growth within the on-line marketplace. Manage the full online experience, continually improving customer journey and online experience.
Driving sales, conversion revenue and return customers to the site Create, execute and manage e-commerce and loyalty media strategy, ensuring alignment to retail strategy. value adding e-commerce and loyalty offers within the marketplace platform that compliment retail programs Set up and ongoing maintenance of E-commerce platform reporting, inclusive of seller, supplier and offer performance. Work collaboratively with IT and POS Vendors to ensure integrated platforms continue to deliver on our enhanced ‘value proposition’ to customers, increase quality of scan data & insights, improve service and support to our retailers, whilst ensuring a positive, seamless shopper experience Engage with the various ALM & IBA business functions, IBA retail committees, Metcash IT and external vendors in identifying the platform requirements, presenting solutions and gaining support & approval, in delivering the required digital platform capabilities Ensure that the trading platform offers ongoing security and adaptability to grow within an ever-changing technological world, delivering growth in revenue for ALM and our stakeholders via a centrally managed platform that allows the retailers flexibility to create and build their own digital future Work with Change Management resource to support consistent communication around the project Partner with the operations team to provide direction on the operational impacts / requirements of the digital platform....
