As a Lavazza Sales Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for liaising with Store Staff/Management, franchisees, business owners & consumers as you drive brand advocacy of Lavazza’s entire product range & offerings through; Product Capability Training Sales Training In Store Retail Sales Assistance Experiential events including New Product Launches & Promotional events Bringing a customer-centric approach, you will join a new National Team to manage a territory and call cycle in Sydney and ACT. You will bring an infectious enthusiasm & operate as true ambassador by bringing our client's globally recognised product to life. To put it simply: you are the brand.

Your role is to grow brand awareness within selected retailers through staff engagement by providing product information, training, and building relationships at all levels within a store to drive positive business outcomes. This territory includes New South Wales. Skills and Experience Previous Sales Specialist and/or representative experience essential Hot beverage and/or sales experience preferred but not necessary Mass retail experience preferred Ability to communicate with different levels & types of store staff & customers Stakeholder engagement and relationship building Comfortable in a highly autonomous role Proficiency with tablets, technology and internet products Full Australian Driver’s License and car A real passion for Coffee & hot beverages Benefits CROSSMARK is an equal opportunity employer.
