We have a great opportunity for an experienced Reconciliation Officer to join our Home Care Package (HCP) reconciliation team at our office at Osborne Park.

The HCP reconciliation team has responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely production of HCP customer statements each month, supporting customers with the information they need to manage their home care support. This includes reconciling income and expenses in customers’ Financial Packages, investigating and resolving discrepancies, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement and providing support and training to the organisation on Financial Packages. Please note that due to COVID-19 the successful candidate may be required to start this position working from home.

Duties include (but are not limited to): Reconciliation of data between systems and liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues Reconciliation, collection and receipting of Medicare payments Preparation of monthly statements for customers Preparation of Home Care Package discharge notices What we require: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts and principles Experience working with high volume transactions and reconciliations Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of a large ERP system desirable Experience with Aged Care funding and Home Care Packages desirable. In return, you will have access to some great benefits A salary of $63,660 is on offer plus 9.5% super along with the option of our salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum.
