We are a multi-award-winning Supply Nation Registered Supplier, and we are always looking for great people to join our team About the role The Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager is a member of the Evolve FM Leadership Team and is accountable for setting and achieving operational objectives for the BI and Reporting Team, ultimately assisting to achieve the overall organisational strategy execution.
Key responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations. Management of organisational performance reports and delivery of data and analytics requirements across the business, providing direction on how best to structure and govern the data to drive the reporting solution. Keep client leadership appraised of data quality, benefits realised, issues and status of ongoing projects and work with client leadership on the identification of critical data to be governed.
Partner with other stakeholders to align business processes and requirements Support new solutions developments (including BI), prioritizing data integration opportunities and supporting business in writing requirements. Coordinate business requirements for data quality framework and implement data quality scorecards.
