Customer Service (telephone) & Administration Officer Jono & Johno is a leading importer and retailer in the Australian outdoor power machinery sector. We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service champion in our busy Ballarat warehouse. The role involves: Taking customer orders via telephone and email using our NETO ecommerce system Answering customer questions about our extensive product range Printing shipping labels for picking and packing Making recommendations on additional products to complement customer purchases We are BUSY so it is important the successful candidate has the following: 1.

Excellent customer service skills both via phone and email. 2. High degree of computer literacy, including competency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs - we're happy to train you in NETO 3.

Great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task – talk and type at the same time 4. Mechanical aptitude – experience in chainsaw, mower equipment, spare parts or general mechanical background a bonus The role is permanent full time, however we'd consider job share for the right candidate(s) - let us know your preference. Mon-Fri – Rotating start and finish times between 7.

45am and 5pm - 37.5h per week. Wage negotiable depending on experience.
