HCM Business Analyst
About the opportunity The Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Analyst will play an important role in readying the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA) for the Whole of Victorian Government's (WoVG's) initiative to implement SAP Success Factors. Leveraging knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, the Business Analyst will ensure the transition to future state processes realises operational and strategic objectives whilst ensuring the end user experience is as optimal and informed as possible. The HCM Business Analyst will be responsible for mapping existing processes for the full hire to retire employee lifecycle for five project offices, determining common processes, and conducting a comprehensive impact assessment of the WoVG's proposed processes on MTIA's current processes and reports.
