The Role Managing 3 venues in various stages of maturity will mean writing menus, looking into recipes to calculate accurate food costs - as well as developing a clear identity for the venues. Managing a team of chefs in each venue and giving them the tools they need to accurately reproduce the meals with speed and consistency while working with the leadership team to ensure each new menu is on-trend and delicious.
About You Creative; able to consistently produce menus that are on-trend and executable, while remaining familiar to customers. Business acumen; you understand that driving profit is key to the success of each venue. Staff management; leading your teams and inspiring them to be their best each day.
Hands-on; this isn't an office role, you will be comfortable on the tools and working alongside the Head Chefs in each venue. A strong salary package of $100-110k super is available and the business is in the process of working out a bonus structure.
