Claims Administration Team Leader

You will pride yourself on your ability to motivate your teams, provide leadership and ability to coach team members, along with making sure standards of work & customer service is met. To be the right cultural fit you will be hard-working with a 'can-do' approach, as well as excellent leaderships & management skills.
The role: Lead a Knowledgeable & hardworking team providing end-to-end management across claims administration & customer service. To ensure KPI's are met and that the claims service models standards are adhered too. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, but with long scope & a large project pipeline, you could be contracting with them for years.
