Our Client is a family-owned business that has extensive interests in various sectors, including Property (Australia and USA), Equities and Operating Businesses in horticulture, tuna, mining, waste management, recycling plastics, and fashion retail. The Group operates through a series of partnerships with specialists in their fields. They have recently established an external co-invest business arm of the group that enables like minded, external high net worth investors to co-invest with the Group.

Candidate: We're looking for a well organised, process and compliance driven manager, who will work jointly and closely with the CEO of the Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow in the role and must have a 'can do' attitude, be inquisitive, proactive and analytically biased. This person will be happy to manage, lead and institute new business processes to ensure our clients receive excellent service.

The Role: CRM : Manage CRM (hubspot) Website : Create/maintain website - digital brochure Compliance : Work with managers to ensure compliance adherence Client servicing : Work with family office back office to ensure supreme quality service Reporting : Oversee and eventually be able operate our portfolio management software (Praemium) Review and prepare family reports in conjunction with back office family reports Data /security : Ensure we properly manage data integrity/protocols Campaign distribution : Manage distribution of other Group products Board papers : Prepare board papers and follow up action points Adhoc projects : Complete adhoc projects when appropriate, (which will be a lot) BI tool : Help develop and maintain BI tools which provide a functional portal for internal / external Traits Process driven Able to show and exhibit self initiative Eye for detail A strategic thinker Self managing Checklist and goal orientated Skills and Experience required: Tertiary qualifications Team player Proven track record A significantly high level of emotional integrity and intellectual capacity The successful candidate will work alongside the broader organisation's team.
