This role is integral in coordinating and delivering the category management and procurement strategies to facilitate optimum value and achievement of procurement objectives. The primary role of the G&S Category Specialist supports the Category Manager in developing, enhancing and implementing procurement strategies to promote innovations and improvements. The role will also prepare tender documents, solicit bids and commercially evaluate responses.

As the G&S Category Specialist you will manage contract relationships with key stakeholders to deliver optimum outcome for all stakeholders. To be successful in this position you will possess graduate or post graduate qualifications, or be pursuing these qualifications, supplemented by your substantial experience in the Procurement discipline.
