au/job/41330586?typestandardsearchRequestToken238dd247-e7ac-494d-8bf0-f9dd52d821fc}} Sales Administrator This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the Australian branch of an international organisation, a leading provider in specialised electromechanical and opto-electrical components and subsystems for the aerospace and defence industry. This role will see the candidate based in the Australian headquarters located in Southport, Gold Coast. This is a permanent opportunity operating on a Part-Time bases, working up to 20 hours per week, with the vision to gradually develop into a full-time role within the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities: Providing total administration support to Sales and Marketing Team Providing outstanding customer service to all suppliers and customers, representing the business in all interactions Maintaining communication between clients and the organisation on a regular basis, keeping all stakeholders informed on any updates, issues or progress on orders and other activities Review and processes orders; preparing both Sales Orders and Purchase Orders Checking pricing, delivery times, new customer forms and other order specifications and corrects/queries where needed Performing outgoing counting and inspection and accurate and timely dispatch of shipments Preparing, reviewing and controlling accurate and detailed shipment documentation for all outgoing shipments Coordinating repairs, returns, non-compliance's in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining an accurate log of all activity into the SAP system Handling incoming phone calls and emails and post accordingly Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience within previous Administration Positions, experience within Sales Administration roles are highly regarded Demonstrated outstanding customer service and communication skills are necessary 1-2 years experience in utilising SAP systems Proven ability to show initiative in all actions, showing a proactive approach to work and a strong ability to problem solve Previous administration experience within the manufacturing, logistics, engineering or construction is highly regarded Must be willing and available to work up to 20 hours per week, and open to increasing ours over the next 12 months To apply please click apply or call Mackenzie Golightly on 61 7 30322286 for a confidential discussion. www.robertwalters.
