Part Time Administration Manager
au/job/41329913?typestandardsearchRequestToken0e41b394-8f8c-47c4-803d-b6fb8aed9ca5}} Position Overview The Administration Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the company's financial affairs using MOYB and the organisation's compliance with statutory, financial and legal requirements. A solid background in accounting is required as you will be responsible for the billing of clients, processing of client receipts, account management and debt collection, payment of supplier bills, processing of employee pays, bank reconciliations and generation of monthly reports. Currently, the position hours for the week is 32 hours working Monday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Administration Banking Invoicing Debt Collection Payments Receipts Payroll PAYG Tax Quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS) Human Resources Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a similar position Ability to manage priorities and workload in a busy environment and with requests coming from a number of sources High level of administrative and Organisational skills Experience dealing with confidential Organisational information Strong numeracy skills Sound understanding of accounting practices Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation Well-developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular Word, Excel), Windows 10 Advanced experience in MYOB Other Skills/Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well-developed analytical skills Ability to communicate to all levels of staff and external parties in a constructive, co-operative and facilitative manner Demonstrated willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day-to-day basis Ability to work in a close team environment and alone Confidence in the ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively The application form will include these questions: How many years' experience do you have in an accounting role?
