We are seeking a Sales Receptionist / Administrative Assistant at our Sales Department at either Coopers Plains or Eagle Farm. The role This position is pivotal to the smooth operation of the Sales Department for our Hino Trucks division and working alongside other highly skilled and motivated employees, you will: operate & maintain the switchboard ensure all calls are answered in a courteous and professional manner order trucks and associated access, maintaining records and flow register new trucks with QLD Transport process monthly sales figures & reports general administrative duties as required. The candidate Completion of Certificate III in Business Administration,desirable Minimum 1-year experience in a reception or office administration role (previous experience in truck / automotive industry is highly regarded) A strong work ethic with high attention to detail The ability to prioritize and adapt to changes in daily schedules Strong communication skills A current Queensland Driver’s licence and a good driving record is required at all times.
