An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer / Administrator with experience in the accounting industry to immediately join our Administration / Business Advisory Services team under a permanent full-time basis (i.e.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm).

The successful candidate will form a part of the firm’s administration team and will be the link between the client and the firm’s Business Advisory Services team. Duties will be varied and will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: Supporting clients and internal stakeholders (such as the firm’s partners, managers and professional personnel as directed) as well as liaising with the firm’s clients, the ATO, ABR and ASIC. Collating and lodging documents with relevant authorities including the ATO, ABR and ASIC.

Processing refunds from the ATO and maintaining Trust Account documents. Maintaining client records, including the maintenance of databases, document management systems and filing. General secretarial and clerical / administrative support for relevant stakeholders as directed, including diary and e-mail management.

Supporting other administration personnel and providing relief where necessary. Identifying, developing and improving firm’s procedures. Various other adhoc duties as required by the firm.

To be successful for this role you will be / have: Previous experience in an Australian public practice firm is essential Experience with APS and CAS 360 will also be highly regarded. Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to build rapport with clients and all relevant stakeholders. Highly professional, friendly and organised individual with the ability to prioritise and coordinate several tasks whilst working to time constraints.

Confident team player who is proactive and flexible and possesses excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office coupled with accurate keyboard skills. Desire to take full ownership of the role as well as following our values such as passion, teamwork, clarity, quality and integrity.
