This position is a great opportunity to work with a professional, experienced and friendly team in a new and modern workplace It is essential that you are highly organised and possess a very high level of professionalism. Your personal presentation shall be impeccable .

Your duties shall include, but will not be limited to the following: Quoting all residential electrical & air conditioning jobs as required Liaising with corporate and residential clients via email and over the telephone Managing multiple client based online portals Accurate data entry, including quote requests and work orders Scheduling a high volume of jobs Procurement - Liaising with suppliers and raising Purchase Orders and Receipting of same upon receipt of the goods In conjunction with the Manager, liaise with the team of tradespeople and co-ordinate daily logistics Filing, faxing, binding, photocopying, scanning of documents as required Debt Collection Management of email accounts that receive a high volume of emails Answering and directing incoming telephone calls Various other duties as required to assist the Service Team in a very fast-paced environment. The successful applicant shall possess: Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced Electrical or AC business Previous experience with SimPRO will be highly regarded An ability to raise accurate Quotes on various residential Electrical and AC works A "can do" attitude An ability to learn quickly Initiative The ability to always think outside the box to find a solution before asking for help Attention to detail is of paramount importance, especially grammatical details Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills are crucial to the role High level computer skills with scope to learn and adapt to new operating systems A clear, concise and professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication and organisational skills Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment A strong, positive work ethic , along with a high level of enthusiasm Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible) Please send all applications to: Ryan Hardiker | Director Platinum Electrical & Air Only short listed applicants will be contacted Please no calls from Recruitment Agencies & unsolicited applications will not be accepted The application form will include these questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
