In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering service excellence, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator- Pre-site to join our National Customer Service team. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager , you will be an integral member of our delivery team.

About the Role Our Pre-Site Customer Service team are responsible for managing customer job files with the key responsibilities being: Liaising with clients via telephone to progress the job file from contract signed to commencement on site. Accurate and timely administration of all client documentation to obtain building application approvals including liaison with our inhouse permits officer, internal key stakeholders or any other external party as required Processing of contractual documentation Administering variations You will have: A minimum of 3 years in high volume administration and customer service Experience in a similar role within the residential building industry (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and working with data programmes Customer-centric professional, with exceptional personal presentation Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Why work with us?
