The business has been operating over 15 years and is in the hospitality industry in Brisbane The ideal candidate is someone looking for a full time role and is at an advanced level with MYOB and ZERO with at least 3 years’ experience in such role. We are looking for a person with strong leadership and automonous and an ability to "get the job done".
Job tasks and responsibilities Managing operations in a factory/production facility environment in the hospitality industry Entering of daily takings for six individual stores and the main factory. Account payable and receivable functions. GST coding and invoice filing.
Bank reconciliations. Production and operation schedule. Monthly reports.
General administration and filing. Skills and experience Australian citizenship or PR. At least 3 years of administration and bookkeeping experience.
Strong bookkeeping skills and understanding of accounting concepts. Strong and advanced excel skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
