About the role We are seeking a highly motivated team player to fulfill the role of Customer Service Administrator at our QLD office based in Yatala. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing our client expectations and relationships whilst delivering a high level of communication and customer service within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Providing effective clear communication with clients and staff as required by phone and email Responding to customers and internal queries via email & phone Data entry - inputting customer orders/invoices into our internal database system & preparing quotes Raising packing slips for the warehouse Processing returns and credit requests Stock ordering and dispatching Key Competencies: The capacity to think about, engage and lead the customer Being organised with the ability to multi task when under pressure Capable of building relationships and trust Being an effective communicator and problem solver Able to demonstrate work to a high standard High level of computer skill with a sound understanding of MS Office and operational systems.
