THE ROLE This position offers a diverse set of responsibilities and duties. Whilst predominantly a practice administration role it will include elements of secretarial work along with adhoc assistant work for the accounting & administration team. Reporting to the Practice Manager; you will work directly with the team in the delivery of quality services and outcomes to clients while being mentored to develop your professional and administration skills.

Occasional overtime hours during peak periods is likely to be required. CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The right candidate will possess the following: Experience working in an administration and/or reception role in a professional firm (will be highly regarded) Demonstrated aptitude for the level of work required Strong verbal & written communication skills Professionalism with an outgoing and friendly personality A desire to learn & grow professionally A desire to be a part of a close team environment A strong focus on personal presentation in line with a professional environment A can do attitude A current and valid drivers license Sound like you?
