This position requires a highly organised, hardworking and self-motivated person to keep the office running smoothly. The role requires the person reporting to a manager with minimal direct supervision while maintaining the calendars and schedules for several plumbers; therefore they must have superb time management and organisation skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As the successful applicant your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Answering of incoming call on a busy switchboard Creating new jobs on our trade based platforms Contacting clients to book appointments Communicating with other staff, clients, property managers, and sub-contractors- both written and verbal Liaise with our internal team Coordinate access to properties with insured owners and tenants Support and assist with administrative duties as required Meet KPI’s Data entry Additional duties as assigned to you from time to time SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: As the successful candidate, you will possess the following: A professional phone manner with excellent communication skills Positive attitude and a team player Ability to work efficiently & multi-task under pressure Team player with a 'can do' attitude.
