Property Finance Administrator
Our client is a property group with an international presence. An opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Property Administrator to join their team Our Client is a global leader in the purveying of Real Estate, Asset & Facilities management and technical services. This role will take ownership of the full spectrum of finance functions across various departments, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - some of which may be based in other locations.
Key Responsibilities: Processing and reporting functions on the Accounts Property Portfolio Supporting the Leasing and Property Management function of the portfolio Supporting the accounting team and providing administration assistance as required You will be the main contact for all enquiries Development and maintenance of all stakeholder relationships Providing financial verification To be successful, you will possess: Strong demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or in a similar role Trust Accounts knowledge is an advantageous Ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Financial Management Service Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high level financial knowledge and skills Ability of using QI, OH&S and environmental systems Proficient in Microsoft office applications Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS) High School Diploma At least five years’ experience in accounts payable or commercial leasing Apply below in strict confidence, call Ryan Taylor or Lauren Sangrigoli on 0447 902 943 for a confidential chat.
