Boutique Real Estate Agency on the city fringe seeks an experienced Property Manager for this full time opportunity This boutique Property Company, based on the city fringe of Melbourne, has operated successfully for over 10 years and prides itself on giving some of the best service to landlords and tenants in Melbourne They are seeking an experienced Property Manager , to manage a portfolio of properties in the Inner West of Melbourne, with the help of an assistant and an accounts person. This client is VERY OPEN to a candidate who no longer wants to drive to an office each day and enjoys working from home - whether that's only for a few days a week or for the whole week, as long as you do your job well, they do not care To be considered for this opportunity, you will have worked as a Residential Property Manager before, within a Real Estate Office. You will also prefer to work for a more boutique organization, rather than being one of many people in an office.
There is a more senior person, who has worked for this company for many years, that you can 'bounce' your issues past each day - but its most important that you are looking to cement yourself in a new Property Management role for a number of years and have a desire to build strong relationships within this portfolio.
