The Sales Manager will be responsible for cross-selling cleaning and integrated services across government, health, education and private clients.
This is a newly created opportunity within their management team structure. You will be accountable for: Being a valued ambassador for the organisation Actively pursuing leads and developing sound business relationships Identifying and pursuing new potential areas of growth Driving forward the tender approach on behalf of the organisation Overseeing the pricing of work to ensure profitability in line with company goals and vision Your background: The position suits a proven sales professional, who is self-motivated and proactive with a diligent approach and tenacity. You will demonstrate a proven track record in selling services and comfortably formulate solutions for a client.
Commercial acumen around pricing structures to ensure profitability is important as well as strong communication skills.
