Strategy, brand, digital & video Design agency Property & Lifestyle This boutique Melbourne agency is by far one of Australia's most successful premium creative agencies, specialising in servicing a diverse mix of consumer and corporate clients within a wide range of industries (property, retail, lifestyle and the arts). The Creative Director role supports the Owners of the business and will mentor and manage a small studio. In this role, you'll provide national clients with creative strategy, ideas and direction, bringing forth award-winning concepts and campaigns for leading brands.
The Opportunity: The Creative Director will engage projects and delegate responsibilities to junior design & digital staff members Own the creative execution of projects, seeing them through from pitch to final delivery Meet with clients, lead workshops and provide creative direction for various projects Develop & implement a strong focus on digital, creative technology, platform UX and design & content production throughout the business Provide creative consultation to key stakeholders You will have the support of a terrific group of Designers and Account Managers as well as other creatives and support staff You will bring passion and a proven track record of effective creative messaging to the business. You: Have recent property client experience. Talent without this specific client experience will not be considered for this job opportunity Have a strategic understanding and good commercial acumen regarding the running of a small business Are a creative and strategic connoisseur with 8-10 years of high-level experience in creative concept development and execution (with a background in design) Have basic software skills; Photoshop, InDesign ave proven experience generating insights and ideas for A-list clients within various sectors (property, retail, hospitality lifestyle etc are ideal) Exceptional presentation skills Take ownership of the creative deliverables of projects, providing strong leadership and direction throughout all stages of a project, including the management of a wider team of creatives, designers, and digital staff Are calm, cool, collected and lead by example.
