About us The Strategic Communication Branch delivers communication services to inform and educate the community. The Internal Communication team within the branch is responsible for developing and delivering effective communication to Department of Justice and Community Safety employees across Victoria to drive staff engagement and service delivery. About the role As the Senior Adviser, Internal Communication, you will provide strategic communication expertise to inform and engage staff.
In the role, you will: manage complex internal communication projects implement effective communication strategies and manage key communication initiatives provide options on policies, standards and guidelines including online branding and corporate visual identity contribute editorial expertise in the development, writing and editing of publications and digital content. Please note this is a fixed term opportunity until 15/03/2021. About you As our ideal candidate, you will have: proven ability to synthesise complex plans and concepts into accessible, timely and succinct communication products for a range of audiences high level digital communication skills, including working with web content management systems extensive experience in change-based projects or awareness campaigns experience in developing effective communications for a wide variety of audiences through multiple platforms.
