Maintenance Planner - Fixed Term

About the team/program Reporting into the Manager Richmond Maintenance, this role will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to optimise both, aircraft entry and exit from Base Maintenance and maintain adherence to the Deeper Maintenance (DM) maintenance schedule to align with the overall C130J Fleet Plan. About the role A fixed term, 12 month position, the role of the Maintenance planner is to provide effective project planning and control for C130J aircraft within the DM environment.
This involves creating, updating and analysing of the DM schedule for each aircraft in servicing. As a Maintenance Planner you can anticipate some of your day-to-day activities to include: Creation of the relevant internal and external reporting requirements as per the current business policies and procedures. Create, issue, monitor and close work packages in support of the DM maintenance teams.
Assist the MCS Data Manager where required, in work package validation and the investigation of any identified work package AMD / CAMM2 anomalies. Raise and manage all paper based maintenance documentation packs required for scheduled and unscheduled aeronautical product and aircraft servicing's Arrange DM production meetings, taking accurate notes and follow up actions About you The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include: Minimum 5 years' technical or maintenance experience in the aviation industry Knowledge of maintenance management, including maintenance management systems, planning, equipment and parts management Knowledge of applicable aviation maintenance legislation and regulations (e.g.
