Associate Data Analyst About the Role: As an Associate Data Analyst within the Data Analytics and Intelligence Unit, you will support EPA's goal of becoming a modern, targeted, risk-based regulator. You will join a dynamic team as it rapidly grows and matures, and use your analytical and critical thinking skills, and knowledge, to uncover insights to support evidence-based decision making at all level of the organisation. EPA Associate Data Analysts work on delivering a suite of data analytics, visualisation, and reporting products to a broad range of internal clients.
They collaborate internally and externally with co-regulator and other stakeholders to develop powerful regulatory insights. The main objectives of the role are to: Assist in the development and maintenance of key data analysis products and processes contributing to EPA's analytics capability. Champion the implementation of best practice analytics procedures across EPA.
Actively engage with stakeholders to identify and support their analytical needs. To be Successful in this Role: Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex data using R in a workplace environment. Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex information and data sets from various sources to generate insights and well-developed communication skills.
