About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional leader to manage our Return to Work SA funded Job Placement Services (JPS) Program. The JPS program’s goal is to place customer’s into quality paid employment, following an injury from a previous workplace. The role will require a genuine passion for working with those in need, an ability to drive team performance to meet relevant targets and foster a strong team culture in line with Workskil Australia's values.

Located in Adelaide (location flexible across our office network) and reporting to the National Business Development Manager, your focus will be supporting a team of Employment Consultants to achieve high standards of performance, customer service, quality and compliance in the delivery of JPS across multiple locations, while positioning the organisation to be able to expand its rehabilitation and return to work services. About You To be successful in the role you will have: Proven people management experience including setting and working to KPIs; Proven understanding of career development and psychological models that support injured people into employment; Demonstrated ability to analyse financial performance and compliance requirements; Exceptional people management skills in driving and mentoring a team including a sound understanding of performance management and work health and safety issues; Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate return to work/employment pathway plans; Superior skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships; Extensive working knowledge in the Employment and/or Rehabilitation Services industry and its contractual obligations; Experience working across intra state regions; Sound knowledge of the Adelaide labour market; Strong understanding of setting and working to budgets and monitoring progress; and Excellent computer, administration financial management and problem solving skills. You will also be required to: Hold a current South Australian driver’s licence.

Have a Minimum of Diploma or higher in Career Development, Rehabilitation or Psychology. Have a minimum two years’ experience working in rehabilitation or employment services. Have a minimum two years’ experience in a management role.

Travel extensively in and around the Adelaide region.
