Leadership and cultural realignment Human Resources Manager Based - Inverell, New South Wales We currently have an opportunity for professional Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operational HR & Technical Leader and will assume accountability for supporting the development and implementation of a high-quality People and Culture Plan within our processing facility. Located in beautiful Inverell on the Northern Tablelands in New South Wales, the processing facility carries out a seamless end to end export process, from product sourcing, warehousing to end of process including logistics and shipping.

Key objectives of this role include: Ensure the effective distillation of the businesses mission, vision and values; Hold leadership accountable for the culture promise: work with leaders to ensure business decisions and processes are consistent with a high-performing culture of care and accountability; Alignment with strategic goals, support the Operational HR & Technical Leader in the identification and management of critical roles (including succession and talent management); Develop and implement strategic plans for the management of organisational change (including the timely allocation of appropriate resources); Create future-focussed processes for attracting, developing and monitoring talent in order to meet future business demands; Maintains positive industrial relations, provides advice and makes decisions to ensure the business operates in alignment with State and Federal legislation, Provide a framework for complaints, disputes and grievances and promote collaborative employee relations across the business; Manages risk and applies risk management processes; Build and develop the Human Resources team and ensure the integrity and continuity of high-quality services to all internal client groups; Lead and execute the establishment of training and development programs for leaders; Identify and implement strategies and initiatives in order to improve workforce turnover, employee satisfaction and employee productivity; Challenge the status quo and provide strategic advice regarding the ongoing improvement of human resource systems, policies, processes, structures and people to better capitalize on future business opportunities; Identify opportunities to enhance work-life balance and flexibility and promote a fair and equitable workplace; Other duties as delegated by the Operational HR & Technical Leader. Essential qualifications and additional requirements: A passionate and driven professional, you will have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills coupled with a proven track record of thriving in a rewarding, fast pace environment; An attested ability to engage, positively influence and contribute to organisational strategy and translate that strategy into operational deliverables via a broad range of different stakeholders; Proven success in building.
