Our Client Our client has over 30 years’ experience specialising in commercial design and construct projects including offices, retail and fuel outlets; they also have a residential division where they provide bespoke services on luxury builds. The Role They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a number of projects in the Bunburuy area: Oversee the running of 2 projects at any one time, each project will value from $1 – $2 million Coordinate all construction activities in accordance with project guidelines and timeframes Manage and coordinate all site trades Authorise payments for suppliers and subcontractors. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding all issues associated with your site(s) Inspect and review all project stages and monitor compliance to relevant building codes and standards The successful candidate; You will be an experienced Site Management with significant involvement on commercial projects and ideally would have worked on the build of fuel stations Experience with tilt panel works Registered Builder’s are highly regarded Ability to work at a fast pace, builds will be completed within 3 months.
High level of attention to detail. Carpentry background preferable High level of proficiency in construction programming Have strong communication skills.
